About the product

A tall evergreen coniferous tree of the genus Abies (up to 30 meters tall), grown in Russia.
East of the Volga River, in the mountains with an altitude of 1,900 to 2,350 meters, the local climate is particularly cold.
This tree species can survive at minus 50 degrees Celsius and can live up to 200 years.
The fir trees that grow in cold and high latitudes all year round have a particularly high oxygen content. Extracting their branches and leaves can produce a fresh, woody aromatic essential oil that contains a high amount of "borneol acetate", which can relax the body, mind and soothes breathing discomfort.

​Siberian fir essential oil contains high levels of phytoncide, and its fresh forest-like scent can support deep breathing.
Suitable for office or home use, in diffusers or on the body during the change of seasons or when the air is polluted.
It can help enhance the air, the body's defenses, and provide a sense of anti-pollution cleanliness.

​Siberian fir essential oil has good cooling and heat dissipation properties. During seasonal changes or physical discomfort, it can be mixed with eucalyptus or Ravensare aromatique essential oils and applied to the chest and back. It can also warm the limbs and improve

discomfort caused by long periods of sitting, and it can be mixed with basil essential oil and rubbed on the abdomen and legs to relieve muscle discomfort.

​The essential oil, which has a mild texture and fresh smell, is also suitable for body massage. When mixed with Comp.Boul. Copahierl and a base oil, it can effectively relaxes the body and mind, warms and soothes tired muscle.

 How to use : Body : use a few drops on chest and back

  
                       Steam inhalation : prepare a basin of hot water (handle with care), add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil, open your mouth

                                                     and take a deep breath and exhale for about 1 to 2 minutes 

  
                       Bath: Add a few drops to water for bathing

Blends well with : eucalyptus, eucalyptus radiata, ravensare aromatique, frankincense, basil, Comp.Boul. Copahierl,

                           yellow birch, mint, rosemary essential oils
